Credit card rejected for Patriot Exchange Insurance

I’ll work in USA for two years starting from Oct 08 and I am looking for insurance for me and my family. I found your patriot exchange insurance and I tried to apply on-line. If your credit card is being rejected, call your local bank (that issued the credit card) and ask them to manually authorize it. When the purchase amount is large, some banks reject it assuming that it may be a fraud. Once they authorize it, try again and it would go through.

You can also call us and do it over the phone. However, if your bank is blocking the transaction, we would get the same error.
