Is it possible to fly from a different state other than where the VISA was issued.

I need some quick info. I am flying to USA on 21st of this month. My H1-B VISA was issued in Hyderabad,A.P. Is it possible for me to travel from Kolkata instead of Hyderabad? Will there be any issues in immigration?

Your Passport is Indian and Visa is for US. You can leave from any city in India and enter any City in US. No issues.

Internationally you are recognized as an Indian not from a particular state in India.
