Driver's License

Hi all,

I have issue with Driver's Licence
passport
surname: (blank)
given name: xyz pqr

f1-Visa
family name:xyz pqr
given name:FNU

i20,I94,SSN-all these are named as per the f1-visa.

when i applied for driver's licence the officer found the NAME MISMATCH in the database.
and she is asking futher verification and suggested me to contact Immigration office.


Could any one help me what steps i need to do ?
