It would be helpful to have a generic list of places and forms where a person on work permit Visa needs to change his address. It has been a cumbersome exercise for the last 3 months, where I have been updating address at all obvious places, but still missed some. Let me start by putting a small list;
1. USPS (for getting your letters forwarded)
2. INS - USCIS (AR 11 form)
3. DMV for both Driving License and Vehicle registration
4. Banking accounts
5. Credit card accounts
6. Magazine and other professional/ personal subscriptions
Must be missing some, so do participate. Even after all this the credit rating agencies donot have the new address with them...does one need to write separately to them?
