visa appointment - change in interview language

We have by mistake entered a wrong language for my wife's visa appoitment application.

We had already cancelled out appointment once as me and my wife did not an appointment on the same date at that time.

Will we be able to change the language of interview with out cancelling the appointment.

Now since this is the second time, will I be able to cancel and book the appointment again?
