I am trying to obtain a date for my parents for their US Visa Interview. They paid the application fee at a designated HDFC Bank. I went to VFS website and when I click on the link to see the available visa interview appointments I am directed to a calendar with the available dates highlighted in green. However, thr system is not allowing me to click on the green available dates. Am I doing something wrong or is this a technical problem on VFS end?
