Hi,
My name on the passport is all in one line . lastName FirstName and my surname is left bank;
Following are the details on my visa (L1)
Surname: First Name
Given Name: LastName
When i filled the I94 i filled it as
family Name : Last Name
Given Name : First Name
MY SSN card has my details as Given Name family name. When i applied for DL they said names do not match on SSN and Visa (visa has abc/xyz and ssn has xyz/abc) and they asked me to get my SSN updated. I had visited US earlier on H1 visa and during that vist I had the exact same details that i have mentioned above and they issued my DL. The SSN was also created during my first visit.
Can you tel me how to fix it? How is it that they issued my DL in one state (OH) and now in my second visit (CA) they are saying they cannot.
Please advice.
