Help with a question plz

Hello, i hope this is the right area to post this.

My girlfriend is currently living in Canada and she was sponsored there by her mother. She is from the Philippines. She will get her Canadian citizenship with in a year and i was wondering, she has family (cousins & Uncle) living in the US. Would they be able to sponsor her over to the US? and also would it be easier when she becomes a Canadian citizen?
