vist to US sactioned countries

If anyone travels to Business visa to counties like Iran, Siriya or North Korea, Will be the problem to get USA work permit???
is there any rule regarding this? or can anyone give link to refer rules releated to it.

Yes, most contries that US has issued sanction again including CUBA will most definitly be an issue if they find a stamp in your passport.

They may go thru your passport and find it... may even question you what you were doing there..

The other negative impact is that they may consider you a conduit to current terror network...

These are all practical implications.
