Hi, I have recently opened an NRE account and filled up all the forms (including form 60) at that. Now after several months they are asking me to fill the form 60 and the Customer form again (apparrently there seems to be some misconnunication between the branch and the NRI operations team), and put the account on freeze, without any notice. So, I just wanted to get a PAN card to avoid such situations in future. I know that I can apply online from USA, but not sure if the payment can be made using the USA credit card or not. I read in some places that we can only use the credit card issued in India. Has anyone applied for PAN card from USA and paid for the it, using the USA credit card?
