O1 visa eligibility
Hello,
Looking for advise from anyone who has gone through O1 visa process. I am currently on h1B with approved 140. Another employer wants to file O1 visa (a very highly reputed company).
I have 15 yrs of experience with distributed computing and supercomputing, worked at several national labs in the US, no PhD, several research papers, internal awards and some external recognition, lead development in development of a product from another very highly reputed company and currently employed at a national lab as a researcher.
