o1 to green card steps?
Hello,
My wife got O1 visa approved. She also currently has H1 (quota exempt) and an approved 140. If she accepts O1 employment, what are the next steps to obtain green card? Is she eligible to keep the current 140 and the priority date?
Since O1 & EB1 have similar requirements, we are planning to apply for EB1 as well right away. Any feedback on this is appreciated.
I am familiar with H1 process: H1->PERM->140->485->EAD->GC
How does it look for O1?
Is it O1->140->EDA->GC?
