It is not a given that USCIS will call up all/any of the reference letter writers. It is also not a given that USCIS will not do so. It is expected that each of the testimonial letter writers would provide their CV and contact details. Testimonial letters are only one aspect of the EB1 petition package. Adjudicators, by virtue of their exposure to numerous petitions on a daily basis, are used to picking up on suspicious/ **** testimonial letters.
