Hi,

I am living outside the US and am planning to file an EB-2 NIW petition. I would like to get some information on the processing times. What are the current processing times?

Also, I saw that times vary quite significantly between the Nebraska and the Texas service center. What service center would I have to use in order to file my case?

You can't choose between Texas or Nebraska.. Where your application is submitted depends on where you intend to work permanently. Check: https://www.immihelp.com/greencard/e...locations.html
