Hello, my case I-140 -NIW is approved and case was sent to Department of state for counselor processing ,as i am outside.
My Question is, i was single when i applied my i-140 application 6 months ago and now I'm going to married soon within 15 days. How can i add my spouse along with my application ?? Do i need to wait for NVC welcome letter and apply for my spouse after that?? What best options are available to get my spouse along with me to US?? Or should i go there first then apply ?? And on what bases ,which category??
