My perm application was rejected within hours of submission. I have not received any explaination from INS. What should i do?

There is a number of very simple reasons for automatic rejection which have nothing to do with your application information but rather with how you filed it. please email me -

maksfeof, could you please provide us with more information on those simple steps we can mess up? My PERM application to be submitted on July 19th, so it would be nice not to get rejected because of such simple things.
