I have been told that my PERM was filed electronically today, so please confirm how long does it take to get approved assuming i get no audits.
My PERM was filed in my 6th year of H1B. I would like to get a confirmation for my PERM filing, will the lawyer provide that.
Will attorney get any confirmation that my PERM was received by Dept of Labor. As i have seen cases, where attorney says PERM submitted but Dept of Labor never responds.
