will MBA degree after Btech ok to file in EB2
Hi,
I've done MBA after my Btech in india. But for my interest i decided to ignore MBA in the sake of IT experience and just wanted to go with Btech degree only ..and I filed for labor in june 2003 under EB3 category. Now, as we all know how worse the rules are changed for EB3. So i'm thinking of refiling the labor in perm with my MBA degree under EB2 category. Am i eligible to file in EB2 with my MBA degree ? , will I have any issues as MBA is not related to something i do at work (computer programming!!)?
