Is there a way to track whether the same labor is used to apply for I140 for 2 person

My company has offered me an labor which was approved for somebody else.

I want to know is there a way as to know wether the same labor is being used for me and for somebody else to apply for I140?

Is there a web site where i can track using the labor certification information that the labor is used to file I140?
