PERM Labor and H1B 6 years Max

Hi

I've question regarding my H1B status and PERM Labor
I will complete my 6 years Limit - H1 on JUN 2015. I 've already applied PERM Labor File on Dec 2013 . Still PERM Labor is in Process.
So If it's in process then I can extend my H1B for 1 year ( means 7 year on H1B ).?
Could you please let me know how will work H1B status with PERM Labor process ?

Approved Labor - 1 year extension.
Times lapsed one year since labor applied and decisssion still pending - 1 year extension.
I-140 approved - 3 years of extension.
