Name wrong in FORM 9089 for PERM

Hi,

My employer has submitted ETA FORM 9089 on Jan 07,2015 of the department of Labor for PERM Processing. I happened to see the copy of the form recently and my name is given wrong. They have given one letter wrong (given 'A' instead of 'U'). I wanted to understand what would be the impact and what is the process to rectify it.

I also was told that PERM is for employer level and we need not to worry. Please let me know what would be the impact and what needs to be done.

I am in the same problem. They filed 9089 with my old i94 number and also there are some error related to address of my university and one of my employer's address.
Just wanted to check what action did you take.

Hello, I have a similar issue, my lawyer made a mistake in my father's name. swapped two letters. What was your experience getting through PERM process?

Contact the attorney and ask them to have the same corrected.

Once PERM submitted, it can not be revised or modified.. But, if you found any major mistakes, you need to have a discussion with Immigration Attorney to know more.
