Hi,
I have a query about Prevailing wages for Eb3,
my employer told me that they are waiting on updated wage data by third party vendor and from employer internal to submit the prevailing wages. My salary in PERM application is already higher than role my PERM is processed.
Is there any one who know thats what they are waiting on, What i know is that they have my proposed salary and some government data to compare and submit it.
Do they have to wait for some one to give some data or is that a incorrect statement told to me.
Please help.
