Does Role Matters?
Hi All,
I have my Perm approved and received the Labor docs,
I was about to submit my docs for i140 and found that my role in skills letter provided by my ex employer is different from the Perm which got approved.
Perm has, "Sr. System Analyst" and Skills Letter has "Technology Specialist". All other responsibilities are matching.
Has any one faced this situation? Are there chances of rejection of i140? if i submit with this role mismatch.
