  • Chartered Accountant from India /CPA-US/EB2

    Hello All:

    Facts:
    1. Working in US since 4 yrs on H1B
    2. Education - Bcom (3 Yrs) & Chartered accountant from India, CPA & Certified Information Systems Auditor from US.
    3. Work Experience - 4.5 Yrs before US + 4 Yrs with current employer in US.

    Question:
Based on the above can I file from a future employer in EB2 catergory i.e. Bachelors + 5 yrs exps. I know that Bcom is not considered as US Bachelor equivalent, is CA or CPA alone considered equivalent to US Bachelors.

I will highly appreciate if someone can clarify how the department is considering professional education like CA / CPA.

    Thank You

Having a CPA here can make a lot of difference. Talk to a "good" attorney.

              B.com +CA+CPA

NSC denied my case. It was EB-2.

Not sure whether they will consider CPA EB-3 professional or not?

On the sales side, I faced constant delays with quote approvals, discount sign-offs, and contract routing. Using a one-platform orchestration tool transformed that. It allowed me to build approval workflows in minutes. It integrates with Slack and connects with our CRM. Middle anchor here: https://approveit.today/. I added conditional rules: quotes over a threshold go to finance; smaller ones go to managers. Approvers click "approve" in Slack; automation posts orders and syncs them. E-signed PDFs are generated and archived. Task assignments automatically follow approvals. Before, deals slowed by email loops. Now approvals are trackable, internal communication reduced by 50%. The system scaled as we grew. Sales and finance both saw dramatic time savings.
