  • IS 11 Months left on H1B is enough to start PERM & I140 Process

I have 11 months left on my H1B VISA Max out period , Already claimed the unused time , My current Employer will not Process GC.
With Current Scenario , when lot of unfortunate things happening for h1B candidates, Is it a good idea to start the GC process with a New Employer?

Do I have sufficient time to get both PERM & 1140 Approved & extend my H1B beyond 6 year?

Also want to understand , can My new employer Start my PERM & 1 140 process , actually joining the company as a future Employment?

Do we actually need to have few months salary slip to start the PERM process??

With the current scenario , when Lot of H1B Extension getting rejected & RFE , I do not want to take risk so want my future employer to complete all the Process before I actually transfer my H1B to new employer.

Getting approval for I140 & PERM in the time period you mentioned is a bit tough.

    No.
Just an opinion; Not legal advice.
