Discriminating factor

Now a days Permanent Companies are not taking H1B due to Visa Sponsorship and other issues. This is discriminating factor now.

yeah, its tough for permanent companies to sponsor H1b visas because they have to justify the need for H1b employees. Its more profitable for the companies to offshore the jobs.
