I've been working with my current employer in h1 for past 2 yrs (since 2004).
Recently when I enquired with my employer abt the GC process he mentioned that he has 2003 pre approved labor and requested me to pay 70$ to attorney to run the qualification check. I did do it. And attorney has confirmed that I can use that pre-app labor.
I would like to knw since the preapproved labor starts b4 my employment will it be a problem?
Also I would like to know wht are the things I've to check/ask my employer.
I appreciate any input regarding this.
