Is Preapproved Labor Stopped - Very urgent

Hello!!

Can some one tell me whether Preapproved labor has stopped. I heard that the law has been passed today not to accept preapproved labor any more. Is this true!!.

Labor now takes just a few months now under PERM. So its better to just file a new labor rather than substitute it. The bad part is the 485 which now may take anywhere between 4-10 years depending on the country you are from.
