    Labor Cert. RIR

    I checked my status for Labor Cert. RIR online http://pds.pbls.doleta.gov/
    For the last 2 years the status was DATA REVIEW and last week the status changed to IN PROCESS. I understand what it means but can anyone advice as to how much time it may be IN PROCESS before my case is certified. I recieved my 45 day letter about 8 months ago.
    Can anyone please show me some light here.
