PERM and Changing Jobs

Working for employer A currently awaiting labor PERM approval. I intend changing jobs, what are the options?

Can I use the same labor (assuming it will be approved ) filed with company A and continue the GC process with another firm company B.

Approved PERM Labor certification is not transferable. You may have to start fresh one through your new sponser.
