I have 2 questions which I need answers to as soon as possible before I go ahead with the decision of leaving company or applying for Labour with the company.

    1. Can i apply the labor with both the companies at the same time. If I am working for company A and join company B after a month I applied for Labour, can I still use the Labour I applied with company A

    2. After working in that comp B if i come back to this old comp A , can i use the previous h1 and labor

Thanks in advance for your responses.

    1. Yes. Labor is for future employment and can be used. Make sure company A files for the I-140 in a timely manner though.
    2. Yes as long as Company A's H1 is valid (not revoked by A or expired). Labor can be used as explained in part 1.
