PERM Filing Info

Hi All,

My company is filing for PERM and i just got a draft to verify its information. At the same time I heard that my company let go about 80 people but the workforce is around 4500.

Will this affect my filing?

Any information will be great.

Hi,

Even i have the same situation. I waited for 6 months because of this reason. Now before applying again my company laid off few people, Is there any rule like every time the company lays off some employees, it should wait atleast 6 months to file GC for other employees?
