Priority Date

My previous employer applied for my Labor certificate and Priority date was 12/4/00. My I-140 was approved on 4/12/01 and I was laid off on 4/13/01(the very next day).
My current employer again filed for L/C on 12/20/01.
Do I save my previous priority date?
