PERM - Help needed

Hi,

My company attorney is giving false excuses for not filling my PERM on time and legally on my H1 i can stay in US till NOV 2009.
What should i do? If there any possibilty that i can get it done outside my company?

There is no restriction on where to get it done from USCIS. It is company and HR policy that matters in your case.

Thank you so much for the response. Let me ask this question aswell, My 6 year is going to complete in NOV 2009 what is latest date/safe date should my company file my labor in order to extend my H1 beyond 6 years? Are there any restrictions for extending the H1 beyond 6 year?
