Reusing PD

RIR / EB2 approved. Co. A has filed for I-140 just now. There is another offer form co. B. Co. A will continue the 140 if I leave. How can I use the PD from co. A for the GC process through co. B?

1. I should have LC and I-140 approved from co. A to use the same PD for co. B?

2. I can have only LC approved from co. A to use the PD for co. B.

3. I can not use it at all with co. B, and need to do everything again.
