Changing employer

Hi there,

I need a great favor from you guys. I am a pharmacist and I am working as an H1B visa in USA. I have a quick question regarding change of employer during the time of labor certification process.

My current employer filed my Labor certification last year the LC is in audit rightnow and I would like to change the employer. Can I do that now or I can't? Your response will be highly appreciated.

You can change the employer but you will have to start the greencard process all over again.
