DOL, Chicago Processing Times

Does anybody has any information on how to get info on progress of one's LC application?
My case is EB3/RIR sent to DOL, Chicago on 2/8/00. I have been checking their automated email and phone systems but my case is not even in their database yet.

Your case is pretty new. Mine was filed in April and under EB2 RIR I have not yet received any information except for the file number. I got my file number after 75 days of the filing. Still no signs of the labour certification. Waiting for that. So be patient.
