  • Labor Certification filing for CPA + CA + B.com

I am holding CPA passed, Chartered Accountant & B.com from India. I don't have much time to file for Labor Certification (Green Card). Can anyone advise me for the category (EB2 or EB3) and what chances I have to get success?

Can anyone advise me about the advertisement content for Accountant?

    I will appreciate anyone help.

    Thanks

    Abhi

You should go with a lawyer that has done this in the past. I have seen numerous rejections of the I140 if the labor was approved for EB2.

The labor should clearly state that a 3 year degree is acceptable and also foreign degrees are acceptable. USCIS has denied many cases of 3 year degrees.

CA isn't even counted as the minimum requirements for CA is 10th class and not a Bachelors degree. This isn't close to being considered as advanced degree.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
