I have applied labor through employer A in oct 2008. 3 months later they said that it has gone to audit. At present Iam with employer B. My question is
1. Can I use my previous labor(which is from A) eventhough Iam with employer B and extend my stay in US?
2. Do I have to apply labor through employer B to extend my stay in US?
