    LC applied 1yr before H1 expiry by Comp A, can comp B apply for 7th year extension?

    Hi Experts,

    Company A applied for my LC one year before my H1 expiry, ie. 1 year before I complete 6 years on my H1. LC application is still in process. I only have 11months left on my H1 now . I want to join company B . Can company B apply for my 7th year H1 extension?
