Hello,
I applied in May 2019 for EB2 NIW. I have PhD from France and have been working under visa/EAD in the US in academia and industry for 8 years now.
I received a RFE asking to fill out form 9089 or ETA750B. I looked online and there is an updated ETA750B valid until 2023 (seems like it was not updated for a while from what I saw on forums).
t looks like the ETA750B is more suitable for a EB2 NIW application and that I should just write "see petition package" for the questions 12-14. Am I correct?
