Changing employer during perm process

I am changing to new employer and my perm application is already submitted and waiting for approval. My H1 transfer will be initiated in premium by my new employer but Can I still continue filing i140 with my old employer once perm is approved if they don’t withdraw my Perm application?

Answer: Yes. As long as your Previous Employer is ready to sponsor your GC then no issues. It can be continued even if you moves to new Employer.
