PERM for future employment

I have applied for labor certification under EB3 from comapny A and is pending for long. Now can I apply for labor certification under EB2(BS 6 years experience) from company B under PERM for future employment. I will join the company B once labour is approved.
Will it have any impact on current labor processing or in general?.

Hi
I guess if you have a bachelors degree you dont qualify for EB2 category.
