Questions regarding PERM filing

Hi,

My employer plans to file for my PERM and send me a questionnaire.
Some of the questions inside it are

1. What level of education does this position require?
2. How many years of experience are required to perform the duties of this position?


Whats the most appropriate answer to these questions considering that I have MCA(3) years and BSc(3) years and have 5 years of work experience?
How does the answer to these 2 questions affect during PERM and I140 filing?
