    EB2 Labour

    Hi there,
    I've filed my labour most recently ! Its been filed under EB3 so could it be possible to transfer my labour from EB3 to EB2 working for the same company? or do i need to file all over again ? what happen for earlier filed case ?do i need to cancel the earlier filed case ?
    I shall be glad if any of you could share the information !
