PERM applicaiton in 6th Year with no 365 Days rule
1. I am end of my 5th year of H1B and I am planning to transfer my visa to new employer.
Can I get H1B extension if my new employer will file PERM in my 6th Year after visa transfer to him?
2.Can I transfer visa to new employer on my 6th year if PERM is pending with Current employer? Can I get 1yest extension while transferring? Is there any chance to denied H1B Transfer?
3.Can I transfer H1b visa to new employer on my 6th year based on approved I-140 with current employer? What is the problem if my employer will not give me copy of approved I-140? Is there any chance to denied H1B Transfer?
