My labour was filed in Nov 2004 with my present employer. Five years of my H1 will be completed in August.
If I join another company and file for labour after 5 years of my H1 period, can I carry over the priority date of the previous labour and get my H1 extended evey year? Or can I atleast get my H1 extension extended every year?
