Priority Date different then Labor filling/acceptance date

Hi All,

My employer is saying, my priority date is different then the date my Labor application was submitted as per my I-140 approval.

Have you seen this kind of cases?
Is it possible to have Priority date different then the one when Labor application was accepted?

Please advice.
