    EB2 or EB3

    Hi

    I am BE in Computer Science and I am working for my employer since Oct 2004. I came to US in Sep 2006 on L1 and completed my 5 yrs and now I am on H1 till Dec 2012. I have oppurtunity to file GC through my same employer.
    I heard same companies experiance cant be used so I need to know am I eligible for EB2 or not?
