Hi,
I am completing 6 year on my H1-B on May 2013 and my PERM will be filed somewhere in Dec 2012. My employer has asked me to recapture a month by travelling outside USA, just to be on the safer side. I was thinking to travel to Vancouver, Canada. I have following questions:
1) If I travel by air, do the put entry/exit stamp in my passport?
2) if they do not stamp, then can I recapture this one month? What is the procedure for recapture in this situation.
